These are homeopathic tablets or drops. I just want to guide your attention to this study that "compared the effectiveness and tolerability profiles of the homeopathic remedy Nervoheel N with those of the benzodiazepine, lorazepam, in 248 patients with insomnia, distress, anxieties, restlessness or burnout and similar nervous conditions (‘mild nervous disorders’)." found that "patients who opt for a homeopathic treatment regimen for the short-term relief of mild nervous disorders, the effects of Nervoheel N are non-inferior to those of lorazepam." I've found Nervoheel to be mild and gentle and good.

What's the tea?
I grew up just outside Rold Skov, the habitat of Dannie Druehyld, who's recipe this is. She is the woman I respect the most when it comes to herbal lore. It tastes very well. Tea of Happiness 1/4 mead wort 1/4 borage 1 lavender flower 1/4 fresh ginger 1 mint 1 mullein 2 St. Johns wort
Lemon balm
A personal favorite wort of mine. In Danish her name is "Hjertensfryd" which translates to "joy of the heart". You can put her in salads, drink her as tea or even put her in your body oil. It's an easy herb to grow on your balcony or in your garden. Very fragrant.
Valerian Root
I take it when I can't sleep. When my body is tight and my thoughts are everywhere I will take some valerian root as tea or as a supplement and sleep like a baby.
