I've used it as oil and it's all good.

In order to understand my hate on anti-perspirants you need to look at the word anti-perspirant.
Your body perspires for a reason.
Under your arms you have a part of the lymphatic system.
The lymphatic system is a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, waste and other unwanted materials. It does so by perspiring.
So the moment you use anti-perspirant you hinder your body in getting rid of potentially harmful waste.
What happens with this waste? It stays in your body.
What does your body do with toxins? It tries to let them escape through other parts of the lymphatic system such as your appendix, or thymus or tonsils. Oh wait! You already had those removed?
How do you think this affects your lymphatic system? I mean you had the glands removed but not the waste right, will you then have more or less waste in your body? How will your body feel and function with toxins in it?
Besides removing toxins sweat (perspiring) has another function - it cools the body.
By this point I hope that you have found a new appreciation for your lymphatic system and ability to sweat.
But we still don't want to smell, do we?
Have you noticed how your body odor changes with your diet? For some women it also changes with their menstruation cycle.
Now I don't want to get into a whole Ph.D sized text about why humans smell.
I just want to direct your attention to the fact that when you stop using anti-perspirant you may need to go through a period where you smell more, because your body finally can release the toxins and waste preciously prevented by the anti-perspirant.
Secondly it should now be clear that the less toxins you take in the less your body needs to get rid of.
You can support your lymphatic system by eating a healthy diet, have good hydration and get plenty of exercise.
I recommend trying out a crystal deodorant.
They are not anti-perspirant so you will need to dress accordingly.
Crystal deodorants dosen't have aluminimum or tricolosan or other toxins as regular anti-perspirants tend to have.
What is smelling under your arms are bacterias.
I have found crystal deodorants to eliminate the smell while being very gentle on my skin.

A personal favorite wort of mine.
In Danish her name is "Hjertensfryd" which translates to "joy of the heart".
You can put her in salads, drink her as tea or even put her in your body oil.
It's an easy herb to grow on your balcony or in your garden. Very fragrant.
I take it when I can't sleep.
When my body is tight and my thoughts are everywhere I will take some valerian root as tea or as a supplement and sleep like a baby.

You never thought that doing drugs is the only way to reach ecstacy did you?
It wasn’t before I stood up that ecstasy hit me today.
As if my weight had decided to shift from being carried in my sore neck to rush down to my feet.
I felt like I was tripping alright.
As if I was levitating towards the counter of my osteopath.
For a moment I wondered if the lady behind the counter could see it on my face.
The ecstacy, I mean.
I just felt sooo nice so soft so balanced.
Today my ostepath corrected my neck.
The osteopath I use is a physiotherapist who also is a chiropractor who choosed to further his education as an osteopath. Today he also used craniosacral therapy for this neck of mine.
He basically grabs my chins, turns my face so much to the side that I have to give in completely to the trust that he isn’t going to break my neck. When he turned my neck I felt an inner panic and a strong reminder of life with a severe concussion.
I breathe out and klaaaaaack. The cervical vertebras loosen and snaps back in place.
As the treatment was done and I just lay there I felt like a fluid was released in my vertebra.

I got real angry today.
A Psychiatric Doctor said in the radio ("Alt om Emma, DRP3") that there was nothing you could do if you felt the downers after doing MDMA.
Furthermore he stated: "If you have ever done drugs at a club with certain friends it is impossible for you to go back to that club and have a night with your friends without doing that drug again".
At that point my blood was boiling.
