In Rave Nutrition - The book I've made effort to serve the origin and workings of these supplements in an easy to read way. After reading the book you will also know what kind of fat is essential, where to find it and when to eat it.

Truly I am tired of my passion (rave) being associated to drug abuse.
Rave Nutrition is NOT about drugs. Except natural drugs of course.

When I rave and do it following the advise in Rave Nutrition I always experience people coming to me like: "WHAT are you on?"
